Asking The Right Questions | Can Coaching Change Your Life?

If I make up my mind about my school years I come across a core thing that I would change if I were to be a teacher. It’s not in the method of teaching even if there are things to improve (I wrote on that here). It’s more about the general mindset the teacher applies to the subject. Students often don’t get the chance to work at their best because they are presented with the solutions right away. This is the basic problem of methods like chalk-and-talk. But the methods aren’t the problem if we set out to have a different mindset in the first place.
